Following up on my own post: currently, I am unable to give more than a three because I'm still unable to log in; however, the developer has contacted me and is working to resolve the issue. That's as much as I can ask. He's not asking much for the product to begin with, and the ruler itself works perfectly for what I want.
Dropped the subscription after I was never able to login (Logging In...checking your credentials). I attempted the various methods to contact a developer. It's been a week. No response on any of them. The ruler itself works fine, and the toolset was just what I was looking for. Theoretically if you didn't have the same issue I had, the tools would work just fine. It clearly could be something to do with my machine, but without any type of support, it's impossible to know. I gather the developer has a new position and doesn't have time to fully support his product. All that said, it's $1.80/month, so it may be worth a gamble if it works on your machine.
Everything is "premium" feature. Its a scam.

The extension is good for basic use. I purchased the plus version and none of the functions are actually usable at this time. I would like a refund, but I cannot contact him due to the contact form not working on website. I will have to file a claim with Stripe to get my refund.
